چکیده
The discharge of water from oil fields is become one the most significant environmental concerns associated with sector. This study features a low-density polysulfide polymer prepared by Sulfur and used sunflower oils react directly. Because both sulfur cooking are hydrophobic, can easily extract hydrocarbons like crude diesel fuel saltwater. petroleum industry by-product, leftover may be utilized as raw material. 150 g food-grade oil, sulfur, 700 finely powdered sodium chloride were in an experiment to make polysulfide. reaction temperature was adjusted at 180°C. resulting (a soft rubber) friable; therefore, it ground down using mechanical grinder screened for particles between 0.5 3 mm. repeatedly rinsed DI eliminate porogen. filtered through sieve (0.5 mm) pressed piece flat plastic remove surplus after final wash. then dried putting drying oven (UNB400, Germany) 24 hours 42 degrees Celsius. Kinetics adsorption examined pseudo−first order, pseudo−second order intra particle diffusion models. experimental results show good fitting model south on polymer. Adsorption north onto done experimentally batch apparatus controlled conditions stirring. Effects initial concentration process ranges (20−40) ◦C (10−90) (g/l), respectively. data follows Freundlich isotherm coefficient variance (R2) equals, according equilibrium isotherms (0.99). According findings study, greatest g/l removal equals 93 percent lowest 20

Removal of Crude Oil from Oily Artificial Wastewater by Using Pulse Electrochemical Treatment
In this study electrocoagulation (EC) process with sacrificial aluminum anode was used to separate crude oil from synthetic oily wastewater emulsion. A preliminary experimental study was performed to evaluate the most accurate operating parameters, which are then used for the determination of crude oil removal efficiency. The experimental results indicated that electrocoagulation was very e...
متن کاملPerformance study of ceramic microfiltration membrane for oily wastewater treatment
Cross-flow microfiltration (MF) processes were studied with oily wastewater using a ceramic ( -Al2O3) membrane with 50 nm pore size. The nfluence of parameters such as transmembrane pressure (TMP), cross-flow velocity (CFV), oil concentration in feed, pH and salt concentration n the separation behaviors were investigated by the measurements of permeate flux, total organic carbon (TOC) removal e...
متن کاملZwitterion Embedded Thin Film Composite Membrane for Oily Wastewater Treatment
The recent development in oil and gas industry increases the production and consumption of oil. The enormous amount of oily wastewater produced is urged to be treated to prevent humanity and environment from being threatened. Membrane technology is an appealing alternative for oily wastewater treatment due to its design simplicity, energy efficiency and environmentally benign approach. In this ...
متن کاملTreatment of Oily Wastewater Using Composite Flocculant of Polysilicate Ferro-Aluminum Sulfate – Rectorite
In this study, a novel flocculant was prepared by an inorganic polymetric flocculant (IPF) polysilicate ferroaluminum sulfate (PSFA) and rectorite (REC). The structure of the PSFA-REC composite was characterized by Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction (XRD), in order to determine the optimal temperature. The flocculation test was made at 25 , 45 and 65 , the res...
